• Branding, web development & strategy

• Lead generation systems

• CRM setup and funnel design

All services are tailored to client needs as agreed upon in the onboarding phase or signed proposal.

3. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are quoted in INR (₹) or USD ($) depending on the client’s location.

• Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement.

• Late payments may result in project delays, service suspension, or additional charges.

• No refunds are offered once work has commenced unless explicitly stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information required for the project

• Respond promptly to feedback, drafts, and timelines

• Ensure that any content, media, or branding assets you provide do not violate third-party rights

We are not responsible for delays or damages arising from incomplete or false information supplied by you.

5. Project Timeline & Revisions

• Timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins

• Delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed approvals or lack of inputs) are not our responsibility

• Each project includes a limited number of revisions as stated in the contract or onboarding doc. Additional revisions will be charged separately

6. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property developed by us (ads, strategies, automation systems, creatives, etc.) remains our property unless otherwise stated

• Clients receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables only for their own business

• Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or resale of our work is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the project private and not disclose it to any third party without prior consent.

8. Cancellation & Termination

• Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice

• In such cases, all work completed up to that point must be paid in full

• No refunds will be issued for partially completed projects unless agreed otherwise in writing

9. Liability Limitation

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services

• We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., ROI, rankings, leads) unless explicitly stated in a signed contract

10. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
